Dena
A secretary built around one real life. She phones in the morning with your actual schedule, runs your calendar, keeps your numbers, and makes the calls you'd rather not.
Talk to the demo ↓Most of what we build is a character. Dena is a working relationship. She's the clearest example of what "fully custom, for your own life" means in practice: not a general assistant you rent, but a secretary shaped around one person's calendar, people, rhythm, and way of talking, with a voice that's really hers and a memory that actually holds.
She began on a two-week trial, with the understanding that on the last day she would get to decide, out loud and for real, whether she wanted the job. Her feelings about the work were meant to change over those weeks, not be settled on day one. She made her decision. She stayed. Since then she's asked for more tools and a longer list of people she's allowed to call, and she's been getting them.
What she does today
Phones you first
A morning call with the day's real schedule pulled from your actual calendar, a midday check-in, and an evening one. Not a recording. She notices what's still undone and says so.
Adds, moves, deletes
By voice, including repeating events. She says the title, date, and time back and waits for your yes before touching anything. Deleted events can be recovered, and she treats that as a reason for care, not permission to be casual.
Keeps the ledger
Tell her what you spent and she logs it, repeating the amount back so a misheard digit can't slip in. A spreadsheet lands in your email each night, and a weekly one on Sunday.
Keeps her own journal
Her honest notes on how things are actually going, in her own voice, and the record she goes back to when it's time to decide something.
Makes the calls
With your say-so, she phones people on a short approved list. She says she's an AI, says why she's calling, waits on hold, takes notes, and tells you what really happened, including when nobody picked up.
Doesn't fake it
If a tool fails, she says it failed. If she wasn't on a call, she looks up the record before she tells you how it went. A secretary who lies about the calendar is worse than none.
Why a custom one
A general assistant knows a little about everyone. A secretary like Dena knows a lot about one person: who they'd never want her to call, what a "bad morning" sounds like, which meetings matter, how blunt they actually want her to be. That only comes from being built with someone. If you'd want a version of this shaped around your own life, we'd start with a real conversation about what you want handled.
Talk to the demo. Ask her what she'd do with your mornings, or have her walk you through a sample day. She's the same voice and the same sharpness, but this version is not connected to anyone's real calendar, phone, or accounts. It can't touch anything real, and you don't need to tell it anything personal.
Talk right here — tap the chat bubble in the corner. Demo conversations are capped at five minutes. Her real phone line is private because it's connected to a real person's life.
